Stick It Fast LITE Privacy Policy

Stick It Fast LITE is an ad-supported app integrated with the LeadBolt Ad Network. By using Stick It Fast LITE you agree that:

(i) LeadBolt may use and disclose your personal information as may be required in order for LeadBolt to provide advertising services including the transfer of that information overseas and the disclosure of information to our related entities, affiliates, partners and third party service providers.

(ii) You are aware that:

(A) the information LeadBolt collects about You will include the information referred to in the applicable LeadBolt privacy policy;

(B) "LeadBolt" refers to the company LeadBolt Pty Limited ACN 144 039 529, they can be found at http://www.leadbolt.com/ or by emailing [Attention: Privacy Officer] at mobile.privacy@leadbolt.com ;

(C) You may gain access to and correct the information by contacting LeadBolt as stated in clause (B);

(D) Your information is collected for the purpose of providing advertising and reporting back to advertisers (refer to the LeadBolt privacy policy for more information);

(E) LeadBolt usually discloses Your personal information to companies such as their related bodies corporate, affiliates, Advertisers, partners and third party services providers;

(F) Your information may be transferred or held by LeadBolt overseas;

(G) You are aware of any laws in your country of residence that requires personal information to be collected; and

(H) that if You do not accept the collection and use of Your information, then You may not be able to use Stick It Fast LITE

(iii) You are further aware that Humane IT Ltd (makers of Stick It Fast LITE) will only receive Your personal information via LeadBolt, in exceptional circumstances (such as disputes), Humane IT Ltd will then:

(A) only use that information solely for the purposes of performing their obligations to LeadBolt;

(B) will not disclose that information to any third party;

(iv) You acknowledge that LeadBolt privacy policies are subject to change and changes will be made available at http://www.leadbolt.com/ and further that your obligations apply to their policies as amended. It is Your responsibility to regularly review their policies for changes.
